Extruded Aluminum Profile Line
The quality inspector checks the aluminum profile surface to ensure it is clean without any deformities. Mold must be tested and corrected to high precision. The aluminum alloys are extruded to aluminum profiles of various shapes depending on the dies used.
Anodized Aluminum Profile
Anodizing is a process to produce aluminum oxide coating on the profile's surface to protect it from natural oxidizing, thus enhancing its hardness and durability against different weather conditions.
Aluminum Powder Coated
Powder coating is the process of coating aluminum profiles with synthetic powders of various colors. The surface of the aluminum profile is first degreased to remove grease. Any present oxide layer is etched by dipping the profiles in an acid activation tank. Aluminum profiles are then rinsed with deionized water to remove any remaining chemicals. Now the extruded profiles are ready to undergo the chemical conversion coating.
