Shenghai Aluminum awning tracks are primarily manufactured using the extrusion process with 6063 aluminum alloy. This material has excellent processing performance and good adaptability to various surface treatment processes, thus meeting the dual requirements of the awning industry for product aesthetics and weather resistance.
These awning profiles can be anodized or powder coated. After anodizing, a dense aluminum oxide protective layer forms on the aluminum awning rail, significantly improving its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and oxidation resistance, making it particularly suitable for long-term use in outdoor environments.
In terms of aesthetics, we offer a range of standard colors, including black, champagne, bronze, and gold, and support custom powder coating to provide a wider spectrum of colors and surface textures, thereby meeting the diverse design requirements of various projects.
Regarding structural performance, this aluminum awning track combines lightweight construction with high strength.
